I'll start with a wiring diagram:

This needs to be a rocker switch. FWD circuit should be completed when rocking the switch forward, REV circuit should be completed when rocking the switch backwards and then the OFF circuit should be completed when the switch is in the center position.

The switches that came with my setup were the wrong kind. They are simple single pole double throw switches. They are EATON switches and I've spent a lot of time browsing the EATON catalog for switches and it seems as if they do not make the appropriate rocker switch.

Does anyone else know where I could get some switches that would fit this project? Thanks.
