Just Google hotels on Vegas strip and take your pic.
Call which ever hotel you chose directly, as specify your room.
When u get to hotel, slip a twenty dollar bill along your credit card ad ask if there's a upgraded room availability.
Generally, clerk will get you into a better room with your requested view.....
