ND | Your going from wagons to some super nice Tandems. I use two 36' semi, with a gas tandem & my yard is tight so the tandem works better in tight area's. On the cheap side a Gas tandem with Air brakes could work for you. The Diesels are better but they get expensive fast to buy. Even on auctions they get pricey vs Gas. Up here the Gas will start in very cold air vs a older Diesel needs to get plugged in, a Chevy/GMC are good gas units or Ford 880's or IH 1800 series or even diesels in this group. Hyd brake trucks work also but harder finding parts for the brake system. | |
