Just put an inferno heater in my ranger cost was little over $400 for the heater and took a couple hours to install. Has a two speed option and plumbed into existing radiator lines. Hasn’t been super cold but easily keeps you warm at 26 degrees. Only problem is see it’s either heat or no heat.
