Are you sure they are not constipated????
I'm had this happen several times. Typically this occurs when when they don't get enough colostrum and in the colostrum is a laxative.
They have failure to eat. Give them a rectal enema and their body temp will increase. I read about this on a sheep newspaper years ago.
