| Most of the grass fed stuff in stores comes from Austrailia and the people raising it in the US feel just as screwed as the rest of us. I'll make the exception for those with reservations for Orlando to party on your checkoff dollars.
There is an add in a farm-ranch paper for an outfit looking for preg checked open heifers that might qualify for their grass fed program. Said they are sold out of beef until April. The Keto, Carnivore, etc. diets are becoming very popular and a lot of them suggest grass fed beef. Watched a little of a Podcast of Joe Roggan and some Dr. who said he approached the Beef Ripoff about doing a study on the positive affects of a low carb, high protein-fat diet. Said he never heard a word back from them. So you know where your money goes and doesn't go. | |
