Nope not everyone , here we were super dry last winter and spring no rain till July and just a little but ant it was just enough in august to make a miracle record crop for most. I shook my head when driving by just a couple places here and there where guys decided not to make that 2nd or even 3rd spray because the first 1 or 2 herbicide passes were lost in the hot dry May and June . and ended up with nothing when there neighbors had spectacular crops
