SW OH | It doesn't work that way in real America. You are guilty until proven innocent today. Not only that but the legal system will indict you and when you fail to show up for court, issue an arrest warrant. Then show up at court to find the judge is upset because you showed up without being arrested first. Judge pretty much puts you on probation. Then get arrested 10 days later anyway because a clerk forgot to erase the warrant. In the end spend lots of money to be proven innocent by 12 jurors.
