| Sand blasting can be tough on today's thin metals. Soda blasting works. Body repair is a progress. If welding is done, then fiberglass, the kitty hair, then body putty, finished by glazing compound. Not all steps are needed for every repair. Lots of sanding. Prime/seal with the suitable product for the paint system being used. More inspect, sanding, and glazing compound. Check the time periods on your chosen syste. Been using base/clear for years. Be sitting down when pricing materials. Make sure you have enough clean, dry air, and the correct protective gear. | |
