S Illinois | I don’t know if they are or not but I would much rather listen to a non-farmer when it comes to grain pricing information. Farmers are too close to production and are way sensitive to weather. Throw in a continuous over bullishness on what price should be and I will take the objective views over the farmers view every time.
Have yet to meet a farmer say the weather is great or perfect or they have a record crop in May. Until that changes the farmer is too biased bullish. | |
