Alpena MI | Our fuel consumption would be from the time the machine leaves the pump until it would return. We checked it this fall while doing some custom/donated combining and thats about what we averaged. Some unload on the go, some unload on the headlands, Nearly all fields we were doing had grades of some sort, and not a one was square. There wasn't a lot of road time in that fuel because most of the ground was within a few miles of our farm.
