NE WI | What is the salt out temperature of a blend of 80% 32 UAN and 20% ATS? The blend comes out to 28-0-0-5s.
My understanding is that ATS lowers the salt out temperature of 32% UAN when mixed together at a 80/20 ratio of 32%/ATS.
From what I have heard the salt out temperature is 0 degrees when making 28-0-0-5s but wanted to confirm with others. The 28-0-0-5s blend would be spring delievered and used during planting season. Primarily just making sure I do not have issues with it salting out during a cold night in spring.
