Do you mean to type 1500 watts or did you mean to type 15 watts? I would assume it was good for 1500 watts as 15 watts would barely run a led bulb. If it was 1500 watts that would be big enough to run any block heater I have on equipment.
It might have also been labelled as 15 amps instead of watts which would easily run a block heater as well.
