Iowa | I've been loosely following this for a while. I guess I'm really intrigued by the idea. The thought of seeing a real live wooly mammoth is exciting to me.
I have some doubts though. First off, how accurate will this thing be to the original? How will we know? Human DNA is 99% the same as chimp DNA but we are extremely different. That's the same amount of difference a mammoth could have from the Asian elephant. How much of the critters characteristics and mannerisms will come from the elephant DNA? | |
