Not to be a total devil's advocate here, but if your help can't roll their own tarp, should they really be driving a semi grossing up to/over 80k?? Same goes for those putting electric traps on trailers and buying automatic semis.

I went from hale and hearty to 2 months in a hospital. I still farm, but had to get rid of cattle. Too many days in hospital. No issue driving most anything. I don’t “enjoy” lots of clutch work. Climbing in, out of truck is also not as enjoyable anymore. The tarps didn’t matter because I had time in line. But I loved the guys at pit opening, closing traps. My first steps are not solid, nor fast. That they hurt is minor. I just am unsteady until knee loosens up. I drove my first semi @12vyears old. Hope you remember this when your body changes.
My church was looking at getting an elevator. I pushed for it. I clearly recall. “Why are you wanting an elevator? You are the fastest adult going up/down stairs. It will be 50 years before you….”
The elevator was not installed until I was out of my wheelchair. Life changes that quick.
