Ludington/Manistee MI area

1666guy - 12/10/2023 20:20 Not to be a total devil's advocate here, but if your help can't roll their own tarp, should they really be driving a semi grossing up to/over 80k?? Same goes for those putting electric traps on trailers and buying automatic semis.

I’ll argue to a point.

I’m not for the power slide gates.   BUT with a power tarp I honestly save time considering we are a two man harvest show that minute or two each cycle adds up over a season. Nothing else it’s a few more minutes in the evening with my kids. As far as autos my wife is a perfect example she’s perfectly fine driving truck on a limited basis.   She’s as cautious as anyone I have zero fear with her driving BUT her and shifting doesn’t mix.   Autos are great for those of us that drive 8 weeks a year.
