Electric tarp on semi, is there a backup plan? Has ANYONE regretting doing it?

The tarp is still fully functional when the motor quits.

But, getting the hand crank on, getting the bolt out of the motor/tube connection, and cranking the tarp open is definitely work. An older guy or a small woman will probably not be able to accomplish one or all of these steps in the process.
