We visited & toured Widmers in Theresa WI about 30 yrs ago. I hope it's still there and giving tours.

Still there. I would bet it has the highest sales per square foot of retail space in the US. About 5 feet wide and 10 feet long and I rarely am the only customer in there. Cheese vats 6 feet from the retail space and zero glass separating the sales area. (There is a 3 foot fence and gate). Great brick cheese
