Eastern SD | So this kinda ties into my post below, i get a few lambs that do really well for the first few days up to a week or more and then suddenly lose appetite. Find em hunched up with an empty belly. Wont take a bottle. End up tubing em. They dont seem to digest the milk i tube in because the belly stays full. They usually linger a few days and die. Maybe 2 out of 100. Have tried antibiotics. BOSE. Calcium gluconate. Vit e. Vit b. They dont seem to respond to anything. Any ideas? Plan to submit the next one to the university lab but any ideas are appreciated. Thanks | |
