Brinkley, Arkansas		That is a Purdy P30 leveler. They're made in Dewitt, AR and are not cheap. Last I talked to Randy Purdy I think a new 60' was about $36000.

Like Detroit said above Scott Mfg. and Ward also make a very similar leveler. They're not as heavy but cost quite a bit less.
