We demoed one this fall. It ran with JD 780 and CIH 8250 with 12 row heads. It used 1.15 gallon/acre in corn (4K bushel per hour), while the CIH and JD were burning closer to 2 gallons per hour at same harvest rate. It had more capacity than the 780 before it threw corn out the back, and similar to the 8250.

Cab was better than the JD. The grain tank is smaller than the CIH and JD (400 bu for those).

It was on tracks but the others were on tires.

The Claas is very different from the other two but was impressive. I would have to run it in soybeans to really consider one. The dealer was going to bring the Claas 7500 but wasn't available that day.
