NC KS | I bought a Honda Pioneer 1000 last year for the same reasons. I dislike jeeps and similar sized vehicles as they are not very convenient to get in and out of 20+ times a day.
The Honda worked great for everything but the towing behind equipment. I left engine running with tranny in neutral. The problem was the front tires remained turned after turning a corner. I thought it was hitch height induced but raising or lowering hitch point on towing vehicle didn't change it. I bought it used so I don't know previous owner put some suspension changes in it to make it do that. I gave up very soon and was glad that I could see it when it happened and stop and correct the steering. | |
