ND | I have 210000 miles on a 2012 model truck and it's been the most reliable truck I've had. It did have a couple def issues while under warranty, but since it's been out of warranty I haven't had any issues. I'm a stickler about regular maintence and change my fuel filters twice a year.
I also have a 7.3 liter that has over 200k miles. I've owned it for most of those miles and it has received similar maintainence. I know the 7.3L has great reputation of being reliable, but mine has taken way more work and repair to keep it on the road than my 6.7. The 6.7L is hands down a better starting engine in the winter also.
