Jason - not sure if you are kidding or not but I can believe that. I had a dealership in St. Louis steal one of the higher amp relays out of my 2000 Expedition power distribution box And didn't find out things in the balloon trailer were not working until I was up your way for the Seymour Balloon Fest sometime around 2010? Had to go get one in Green Bay.

Also a few years ago I had my wife take the same Expedition into the Columbia, MO Sam's Club for the free tire/rotate and balance. They initially refused claiming the tires were shot - they were NOT - had taken depth gauge readings before it went in. Then they actually took her back and showed her a tire with a cut in it. She texted a pic of it to me...problem was that it was not a tire that was on our vehicle. I told her to demand they put my stuff back on - in the end they did balancing my existing tires. Same Sam's club refused to rotate and balance the tires for her Toyota Sienna because the didn't have the right socket size to fit the lug nuts! That was the end of any business with that Sam's Tire center for me. I had good luck with the Sam's Clubs in the St. Louis area before I moved back to the farm.
