As 4930 said still not enough information .
Do you have other trucks or previous trucks that get better mileage ?
The biggest factor is often sitting in the driver’s seat .
What is it hauling for a load / weight ?
Flat or hills , speed and engine rpm normally run , transmission and rearend.
