| One major benefit (imo) was the improved attendence. We set a rule (which seems to be bent on occassion) that extra curriculars will not cut into the condensed days. We did our best to maintain classified staff takehome, and didnt see much district savings because of that. We were an early adopter in the region and it attracted staff then, but most have switched now and good staff are back to impossible to find. | |
