We have same issue with our 9870's. I'm gonna look closer at the concave movement. We clocked the sensor so it wouldn't pickup concave location. After a few days of operating the code popped up again. My guess is the chatter/vibration wipes out the sensor in time. I did notice excessive play in all components from the adjustment motor to the leveling bolts suspending the concave.
