11R-22.5 is the exact replacement for a 10.00-20. They are exactly the same size. The only reason the width numbers are different is because they measure tread width vs. overall width. The outside diameter of 20 and 22.5 rims is almost identical. The bead of the tire just sets a lot deeper in the 20, and the measurement is where the bead sets.
