IL | Because everybody remembers every detail of a favor they did for someone 4-5 months ago in July..... Be mad at yourself for not fixing the door latch and maybe look at all the other things that have been neglected.
I've hauled plenty of equipment over the years and never once have I even thought about strapping a door shut. If this guy has ever hauled much equipment, odds are he hasn't found the need to either. When it's outside your routine, you're not going to remember anything other than "this schmuck had me doing stupid stuff with his tractor" and you will always be looked at as "that guy" in his eyes. Now he remembers why you're "that guy", too lazy to adjust a door latch but not to lazy to demand you strap the door. | |
