Local school has been on the 4 day schedule for around 12 years. Standardized test scores have steadily dropped since the switch. A lot of the teachers want to switch back to 5 days because they simply cant get the required material presented in 4 days and the quality of education is lacking because of it. Don’t forget why students go to school in the first place.
