| Over the last couple of years I have been having troubles with my concave fluctuating. The concave itself isn’t actually moving it’s just showing it is in the cab. I used to be able to replace the sensor and it would fix it for a couple hundred acres but now no matter what I do nothing works. Have tried drilling out the holes on the sensor bracket to get the sensor voltage above the required .30. Once I do get it to the required volts I will calibrate it then if I open it up then close it back to 0 again the volts will be way off from where I started. Machine has to be off while I do this that’s the only way I can move the concave. Really starting to scratch my head on this already. Very inconvenient not being able to make adjustments while you’re harvesting. Have replaced the adjustment motor also and replaced the sensor bracket and put washers behind sensor bracket. Any other help would be appreciated. Thanks | |
