I believe the standard work week for most Americans is 40 hours. How you get there is done in many ways. Nurses work 3x12 hour shifts for a full week, other work 4x10hr days, most work 5x8 hour days.
Not saying that’s a full week but people have to have lives too. I work 7 days a week as well but some days might only be for a hour or so.
