Lone Wolf Ok | We went to is about 10 years ago - the savings in transportation (bus Routes only) and Nat gas/Electric kept our doors open.
Kids love it - we have picked up many kids from surrounding towns because of 4 day week.
Downside - Parents with younger kids have to figure out how to handle that 'day' for their kids - talk here was that the churches would help - but that never materalized.
What's interesting is due to COVID - and Virtual now Virtual is a go-to for almost anything - and that really becomes interesting for the parents with child care issues --
Currently we are using churches + virtual because gas leak was detected last spring and nobody figured it out till now that ALL the Gas piping is splitting. Then to boot - Full Roof Replacement timing is NOW -- and old patches weren't put in properly around electrical service entrances - hence - Electric is also turned off to main building.
