Cherokee iowa | It’s a give and take. Guess usda going to throw more money and supply chain projects. Butcher shops and so on. Says it will help the farmer and rancher. If done right I could see it help a little bit. Just don’t see really anymore building here. Got 5 lockers within 20 miles of me.
