Vist a place like Costa Rica. Highways are 2 narrow lanes. Filled with semis hauling bananas and such. They cannot exceed 25 MPH or they induce the front end death wobble. Traffic is backed up for miles. No DOT to muck up the safety issues. Allow a lot of extra time for driving, kind of interesting traveling in 3rd world countries.
