SW Ontario		Fair enough, only reason I suggest something in that range is you’ll likely save a larger % resale on something a little newer and if you decide to keep into corn it’ll last you a long time. The 1243 or 1293 were decent heads but were not really designed for these higher horsepower machines doing large bph. We had an old 40 series on a case 8240 and basically blew the head apart in 1 year. Multiple shafts, gearboxes, etc.
