For the risk and the headache of 500 mommas (unless they are in your backyard on owned land) I would not say that a 100k is a lot of money.
I think some people are missing the point that you have the 'opportunity' to make 100k if everything goes correctly. You also have the 'opportunity' to do it all for nothing. It isn't like someone is paying you 100k to manage the herd. If so that changes the equation. You are still going to reach into your own pocket and pay 50k for help to maintain your sanity, so you are only doing it for 50k at best most likely. |
