Near-north Ontario, French River | Yes PARKING facing traffic is illegal in most place , surely not something to do in a city or in a town but in a rural area I see it all the time an I've never met anyone thats gotten a ticket for it. Trucked for +25yrs, loaded on the road every one of those years and probably half the time we loaded on the wrong side. Had police pass us multiple times, sometimes even waiting for the carts to finish dumping and clear the road... not once did they even say anything to us. But these were rural roads , not downtown Toronto or LA... fwiw... not even sure if loading/unloading would be considered 'parking. |
