Excuse my ignorance I did not realize the mechanics of the one from harbor freight. I thought they worked like the Throtons I have from Northern Tool which do not presurize the tank. So yes I agree with you.
Here's the one I got from Harbor Freight which bulged the top of the drum up considerably. I would not recommend it. I am looking for a different style that doesn't cost $2000.
