Worst to best:
Rice
Legumes
Corn
wheat
Barley
Oats
Small seeds

HRWW or SWSW versus barley i'd definitely rank barley more abrasive. If resurrecting an old rusty header in Idaho, its always taken to a barley field for quicker shining. SWSW does thresh harder than about any other wheat ive cut so the tighter concave clearance would increase wear too, but the barley usually has more volume so I'd stick with the barley as being more abrasive.
