I would much rather take care of 500head of cattle for $100,000 a year than I would working in the packing plant with the cattle making $80,000 a year. There is a lot more risk feeding the cattle but it is a lot more rewarding to come in at night after working with them outside all day instead of being on your feet all day on the cement floor.
