North-Central Oklahoma | I had my 1975 C6500 brakes worked over last spring before wheat harvest by my local mechanic. These are the drums that went on the driver rear axle, which were badly worn - PN 64105F. The tag axle had different drums. I can’t promise these will fit, but maybe give you something to start with.
