Near-north Ontario, French River | For starters.. you need to need to pull your tank drains daily or at least weekly, no need to drain the tank completely, just crack the valve ( most have a pull cable but if not turn the valve) and let a short burst of air out until you dont see any moisture. No need to replace your dryer yearly unless youre running the trucl 12 hrs a day 7 days a week all year. Having said that I don't think your issue is water, its likely a valve sticking somewhere or if it is water its collecting in a low spot in an air line between the compressor and your first air tank. Traces the lines and look for looks or low hanging areas. |
