Use a 16/31 to plant soybeans. Bare bones, ground drive brush meters and spring down pressure, but it is bulk fill. Biggest issue is that on a wet year you will have spotty stands where the tires run the rows over. On a 16/31 you will run over 9 rows. Your no-till might(?) be better than my worked ground. I've never done it to know.
