SE Iowa | Given the forecast we will shatter that driest two year record. I should look up yields for years following in case those could be indicators of what’s to come. Crazy thing is those big rain months in May of 2019 and 2020 yielded me my worst crops. Lots of stunted crops or drown outs. One event in May of 2020 was 4.5” in about an hour and a half. 2021 was perfect with extra rain in July and the last two years were decent but always short on rain for top end. Tank is empty for next year. Was on E to finish the season and haven’t had much rain at all since then. | |
