| Current 12/23 kinze box 3600 with spring, twin hydraulic drive, mech meter, AL clutches.
Like it and have it decked like I want. Will plant 300 bushel corn just as good as the new ones.
That said 700 acres thru a 6 row cornhead is getting old. Time to go to 8. Which means 16 row planter. 8 on 12 will not work in my hills and contours. Won’t work, period.
I don’t like the thought of 16/32 for corn planter. Too heavy.
So looking at 1775NT and 3605. Really want box planter.
Planter tractor is red with integrated steering running AL1200 which also runs current planter.
Will AL and green mix?
Leaning very heavy towards a simple 3605 with boxes and clutches non split row. Maybe even mech drive finger pickup.
