$20k can probably buy a ready to go Draper. The adapter kit on our cornhead was $5k. Buying a 930 or 630 plus adapter kit will put you at the price of a Draper.
Deere 600 series corn heads are expensive to run. Averaged $4-5/ac in parts cost alone.
