Raises and lowers great while moving etc. only time it refuses to raise is while I’m actively turning the steering wheel. Newer fluid and brand new filters. The minute I stop moving the steering wheel it raises like it should. Even if I run the engine wide open it doesn’t change. Any leads on what to look at first before I start poking around myself?
