Mount Vernon, WA | Most likely your lift spool is stuck in the raise position. Does the engine sound like it's loaded down? If you're not sure, pull a remote handle back with nothing in the couplers. If no change in engine load, then your lift spool is stuck. If it didn't have a cab, I'd say pull the lift cover and go after it. Since it has a cab, I'd start by removing the round 4-bolt access plate on the LH side of the rear axle housing. With the proper shaped tool you just might be able to tap the spool enough to free it up. If it by chance has the 2-speed PTO option, you could reach in through the back with a broomstick and tap on it also. I've done that before on a 7600 with the identical problem. | |
