The expansion cost of electrical grid, wind towers, batteries, solar panels.  Yes, trillions.  Yes, the tax payer will be paying for all this through higher electrical rates.  Trillions to run everything on electricity.  All electric is the gov. end goal.  No more coal, n.g. nuke, just wind and solar.
